Nutmeg graters and grinders are kitchen tools used to grate or grind the hard nutmeg seeds into small particles. The nutmeg grater has a slightly curved surface on which the nutmeg is rubbed across. The nutmeg grinder resembles a pepper grinder with a more rounded body to hold the nutmegs inside.
