Re the comment above about the difference between this recipe and that of Cook's Illustrated, where it was stated that CI's calls for 12Tbsp butter = 1-1/2 cups, just wanted to clarify that 12 Tbsp butter is actually 1-1/2 sticks = 3/4 cup. So the recipes are the same. Smile
