Hi. I'm Rube Childs (not my ferreal name) and I LOVE to talk about food, cooking, and the why of the what.

I like to be helpful and sometimes it's annoying. I've worked in a ton of different kinds of "professional" kitchens. My favorite one is the one I'm in now: Home.

I'm always up for learning something new because I feel like I already know it all. I hate that but it's true.

I don't participate in flame wars and trolls suck. Yes, I've been in my share of forums in my day.

Looking forward to participating.
