if you cook a meat product in a cast iron skillet. will the iron from the skillet cook into the meat. basically, will you get any iron from the skillet alone |

There is definitely some iron transferred from cast iron skillets, pots, and woks onto the food. |

Nope, cast iron skillet are build for cooking. There’s only one thing you shouldn’t attempt in cast-iron cookware that is boiling water, which will cause the pan to rust.  |
