|
|
Hello all! In Italy I used to eat a type of hot chocolate pudding that was served in a coffee cup. i hear nowadays they serve it by pouring it from machines much like soft serve machines, except that the pudding is really hot. The stuff is really thick. Anyone know the recepi for it? |

Dude!! Thank you so much!! That is totally what I was looking for! I have a recepi in the book "Chocolate and Vanilla" by Gale Gand but it uses thickeners. The recepi you gave me looks like the real deal!
Thank you again! |

That sounds like a decadent recipe. I think I've got all the ingredients so I'll be attempting to make a batch tomorrow.
Thanks for the link. |

Hello everyone. I am writing down a cookies recipe for Chocolate Fudge Pudding. i hope you will like it .......
Place into an oven proof dish:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Mix ingredients together to form a batter, then sprinkle over 2 Tbsp cocoa powder and 3/4 brown sugar. (You can substitute brown sugar for normal sugar or castor sugar if you wish)
Pour over 2 cups of hot boiled water.
Place into a moderate oven 180°C for 40 to 45 minutes or until cooked in the middle.
Serve with ice-cream, or cream.
You can check if it is cooked by inserting a skewer into the middle, if the skewer is clear then it is cooked.
This chocolate pudding is divine, as it is a self saucing chocolate dessert and tastes great hot or cold.
Enjoy! |

How about this one
And I found a nice one about cioccolata calda
I like to add a little vanilla or caramel, but some people think it makes the taste weird, lol. |
