Neat site! I happen to have a copy of Mrs Beeton's All About Cookery and I love it. Made Plum Pudding from it one Christmas and it came out great.
Another good, and more well-known "old-fashioned" cookbook is The Settlement Cookbook |

Cool idea! My wife's mum has a really old bero cook book from the 50s or soemthing - even today is has a ton of great recipes that are still really enjoyable. |
