Sad I just finished doing the NASA chili cook off. What a mess we made in my kitchen. Anyone have tips on how to cook, store, transport 10 gallons of chili?

Go to your local rental center and rent a few twenty quart (or larger) stock pots. You may have to cook in batches.

10 gallons is a lot of chili, but it isn't really that big a volume to transport in large stockpots.
