I've used this with both shrimp and salmon. Might work well with other fish. Fresh Lime juice and gold tequilla. That's it, just enough to coat. Turn frequently for 10 to 30 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Broil, pan grill, or even microwave (very carefully!). I started to make additional comments but you can see for yourselves.
