Omelet can be cooked not only in a pan but also in a mug. It will take you a little time, and the morning meal will turn out to be very tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients:
- Eggs - 1
- Cheese - 40 g
- Tomatoes - 1
- Dried garlic, ground pinch
- Dried parsley 1/2 tsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Cucumbers taste

Cooking:
- Beat the egg with a fork in a mug.
- Add diced cheese and half a tomato.
- Add the mixture of dried garlic and parsley, pepper and salt to taste.
- Put in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with the second half of tomato, fresh cucumber and a spoonful of mustard.

That doesn't strike me as an omelet. You don't get the layering of an omelet. Not to say that isn't good, just that it isn't an omelet.
