Without knowing more information about your eating habits, lifestyle, and medical history, this is a difficult question to answer. For an adult who eats a varied diet with a large portion of that being vegetables and partakes in moderate regular exercise, two eggs per day is likely not an issue. |

There are some of the highly dangerous food that you should stay aways from if you don't wanna have any cholesterol. Like rice, deep fried foods. Click on this link if you want to know which food specifically is not good for you. |

Eating too much saturated fat increases cholesterol levels. Lifestyle changes can help reduce cholesterol. Plants do not contain cholesterol and are usually low in saturated fat so eat lots of vegetables and other plant-based foods in a diet to lower cholesterol. These include oat cereals, barley fruit, vegetables, soy foods and drinks, beans and pulses. |
