I have two ovens - one an AEG about 1 year old and then a Baul Bocuse Rosieres double oven . At this stage both have problems venting steam when I roast or bake.
I do alot of roasting and think that somehow the ventsin the cookers are blocked but on getting an engineer around he couldn't offer any answer?
My roasts are not browning - just steaming and baking is not working as it used to. |

it's very unlikely that the vents are "blocked" - vents are not mm size openings.
it sounds like the oven(s) are simply not getting hot enough - have you checked the actual temperatures with an oven thermometer?
not at all familiar with the Baul Bocuse brand - but multiple searches turned up mega-problems with getting replacement parts - one poster said the brand and or company is out of business / no longer produced.
the AEG is new enough it should be fixable....it might still be in warranty? |
