I just made my first batch of English Toffee yesterday and it turned out perfectly. However, it "disappeared" last night! I would like to know if I can freeze it - I'm making more for the holidays but may not have much time in the near future. I thought if I could make more this weekend and freeze it, I'd be all set for Christmas. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm so happy to have found this site - love learning about the science of cooking and baking - helps me do things correctly! |

toffee isn't real quick to " spoil" - not really any need to freeze it.
keep in an airtight container (_after thoroughly cooled_) works quite well. |
