How to prevent depression when it strongly runs in the family? My family has a very long bloodline of depression like my dad's sister and grandmother were diagnosed also my mom, brother, mom's sister, and my mom's mother all were diagnosed with depression. I want to know if there is any way to prevent it because I have not been diagnosed and really would prefer not to be.
