Has anyone tried using the standing rib roast cooking technique (low and slow) for a leg of lamb? The standing rib roast slow cook method works so fantastically well (I've used it many times with nothing short of fabulous results), that I was thinking that the same treatment would also work well with a leg of lamb seeing as how their internal cooking temperatures to medium rare, medium etc. are similar. Anyone have any thoughts or experience on this subject? Thanks! |

The slow roasting technique works on a leg of lamb just as well as on a rib roast. |
