Why? Wouldn't a better resolution be to reduce caloric intake by 10% or something like that? In many recipes, reducing fat produces a final result that suffers in both taste and texture. Eating less of something delicious seems to me to be a better solution than the same amount (or more because it is perceived as healthier) of something less delicious. |
