Can anyone help?
I am working for a long term client who need help for 3-6 months in their factory and they need someone who understands pasta and how it behaves.
They manufacture premium range pasta products for one of the major retailers and they pasta specialist is going on maternity leave.
Does anyone know where I might find someone who either has a cereal based degree so understands the world of pasta or who has enough experience in their career to date?
This role sits between the development chefs and process development team.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
