Hi all,
I recently bought a fairly cheap pasta machine and after about 10 uses it fell to bits and the locating lugs for the cutter wont hold their shape. I know I probably deserve what I get fpr being a cheap skate but does anyone know of a decent quality one at a reasonable price?
Thanks in advance

Buy a good steel one made in italy, it will last for years. Imperia is one name..
Note NEVER SOAK these things in water!!! Save a small piece of dough to run through machine to clean off rollers and brush off flour with new paint brush. Store in plastic bag with rissoto (rice) in it to absorb moisture. |
