My Viking mixer will soon be resting upon a raft in flames and sent to sea. I am so very disappointed in this mixer, it broke my heart.
I do make breads occasionally, and I will be doing plenty of baking for the holidays. I am in the market for another, not sure I want to chance another Kitchenaid, I noticed Waring makes a commercial stand mixer WSM7Q. I cannot find any reviews on it except for the manufacturers claims.
I do own a Waring blender, that is a workhorse, and I'd never trade it. I was just wondering if any one knew anything about this Waring mixer, or if there is another stand mixer on the market that will hold up? |

I have and enjoy a Viking. What problems did you have with it? I am curious...
