Cooking For Engineers

This is a great site - I like the concept of cooking for engineers, and I've watched it grow over the past 9 months or so.

As an engineer, I find the process of cooking to be very interesting, as I'm sure you do too. Along those same lines, through my interest in cooking, I became interested in brewing beer. It's a whole lot easier then cooking, a whole lot differnt in some ways. It's inexpensive, and like cooking, you get to control the final taste.
