i went to this website for the first time today.

on behalf of all of the analytical thinkers who like to cook, i just wanted say i think i'm in love with you

When you hear a message like this, you run, run, run.. run-ditty-run-ditty-run -run-run. And then you should run some more after that.

And when you are weary, and tired, and you can't run no more.... you should pick yourself up and run, and run, and run some more.

And when you are finally spent, and can't lift another muscle.... pick yourself up and run... run.... run.... run even farther.

And when you are all done running, and can't run anymore....

Run some more.

sigh... just run.... just run until the message above is gone.

And then pick yourself up... and run some more.

Just keep running.....
