Cover mushrooms with a damp cloth or in a paper bag with holes poked in the cloth/bag for ventilation. This will keep them dry. Refrigerate for long life. |

I've had best luck in paper bags. Mushrooms last at least as long in a paper bag on the counter (out of direct sunlight) as in the refrigerator for me. |

Hello!
Mushrooms (champignon) in plastic dark colour container (1 kgr) covered with transparent foil in the refrigerator last for 10-12 days!
(of course we talk about first material of good quality)
And when i am saying "last" i mean that in 10 days mushrooms are almost white.
Thanks for your time! |

A small paper bag inside a plastic bag works well. |
