If you or your guest don't like chicken livers, use canned smoked oysters, or canned smoked mussels in your dirty rice recipe instead of using livers. |

You can use small 1 inch by 1/2 inch cuts of tofu marinated in little bit of soy and fish sauce, with just a drop of liquid hickory smoke. Only marinate tofu for 15 minutes tops. You can also use the tofu like this for a substitute for any kind of meatless stir fry recipe. |

That'd be nice, but reproducing the flavors those ingredients impart isn't possible. That being said, Chuck has some amazing veggie recipes that will most certainly tickle your tongue.
