Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 4 cups (chopped )
- Sea salt, black pepper - to taste
- Almond flour - ⅓
- Flaxseed flour - 4
- Ghee butter
- Avocado - 2 pcs.
Cooking:
Wash, dry the cauliflower and finely chop or grate. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cover the pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix cauliflower and sea salt, if necessary, a little water to bind the ingredients. Let stand for 20 minutes. Add flaxseed flour, almond flour, black pepper. Mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 parts, from each form a cake on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, then refrigerate at room temperature for 5 minutes. Grease the pan with ghee oil, heat over medium heat. Spread a slice of cauliflower toast with mashed avocado and cover with another slice. Fry in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot. |
