Hello,
I am making a TON of lollipops for a fundraiser using crushed hard candy molded and melted at 250.
I tried this as an experiment years ago and while they came out terrific, once I wrapped them and they sat for a while (it was summer), they "weeped" inside the plastic wrap.
Could I have tempered them somehow or dusted them before wrapping to prevent this?
