Can anyone advise if there is a difference in the flash point on the rendered fat coming off a hamburger on a broiler if the source of the raw material is from grass fed beef or grain fed beef. it is confirmed by us that burgers made with grain fed beef have a higher flame on the broiler than with a grass fed origin (all parameters equal other than source of the beef)

The fat of the burger before cooking is 21%
