Hi guys my name is Matteo and I work for Fine Dining Lovers, an online magazine about Fine Dining, Chefs, Top Restaurants and Events.
We wrote some articles about science and cooking and we realized it would be cool to have a regular column about science in the kitchen.
We would like to have your opinions and tips on what other dishes could be explained or described in a scientific way.
Here are our previous articles about scientific cooking, what do you think? Do you like them? What other dishes would you like to find?
