Registered members should have the ability to rate comments (and thus have them appear higher/lower in the comments list). Some of the extra advice being given for the articles/recipes deserves being noticed and not buried under a wall of less useful information. In this way, someone who discovers new herbs to add to the recipe, or a different style of the same recipe, or advice on how to buy the choisest cuts of meat can have their comments directly under the main article, rather than sorted by time/date posted.
