Wow! I stumbled onto this website for the first time today. Was searching for how to cook dirty rice. Never posted a message (old school engineer) but was inspired. Been trying to teach my 23 year old son (who is only semi-analytical) to cook. This is a monumental task as I have never followed a recipe or measured an ingredient in my life. Not only can I understand these recipes but I can also go step by step in showing him how to cook something. Thanks. I'll be back.Big smile
