2 lb. red potatoes, cut into wedgestossskin up in pansprinkle425°F for 20 min. covered425°F for 15 min. uncoveredflip to skin down in pan425°F for 15 min. uncoveredtoss
3 Tbs. oil
salt & pepper
1 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
2 cloves garlic, pureedcook (optional)
