4 lamb shanks
Leftover soup and veges (I used leftover bruchetta topping)
2 cups (500mL) Stock, Chicken/Lamb or Vege
Garlic
1 Cup (250mL) Dry White Wine
Get a big pot
Turn up the heat
Brown the shanks and garlic
remove the shanks and allow to detraumatise and un-heat
Hot-bubble your remaining ingredients for 1-2hrs (1.5mH)
Serve with untidy rice |
