I'm looking for tables of nutritional values (calories, %fat, salt, fibre, GI etc.) for as wide a range of ingredients as possible. Can anyone point me to a suitable URL that does not require subscription?

I'd also like (but don't expect to find) an online system where you input an ingredients list from a recipe and it tells you the nutritional content per portion! Does anyone know of such a thing?

Thanx Cool

The USDA Nutrient Database probably has most of what you're looking for, except for glycemic index.
