Let's see. Unsure
We grew a bunch of chilis in my garden (we = royal). There are Aneheims, orange habeneros, jalepenos (I think they're grandpa's favorite), thai dragons, some short wax peppers, cayennes, and... nope, that's it.

Point being produced a ton of peppers.

Anyways, in Flagstaff, AZ there's a returaunt called the black bean where they make a pineapple habanero salsa they call "habanero heaven". Let me say that the name is well met.

Well, I tried to make my own version of this, and it tasted more like some sloppy purgatory than otherwise.

Anybody have some suggestions on what to do with it?

Oh! and the other peppers! Anything fun I could make with them?
