I want to make a small cafe that sells cakes, should I buy a planetary or spiral mixer? The advantage of a spiral mixer machine or a thick dough mixer is a tool used to make a doughy dough with a large enough capacity. The bowl and beater in the dough kneading process rotate simultaneously, this produces a soft and even dough.
