We are having a brunch and would like to serve things like pancakes, sausage, peameal bacon and quiche. These will be made ahead and refrigerated, because we will be at church for at least an hour and a hlaf before the brunch (it is our daughter's baptism). I can't figure out the logistics of reheating items to place in chafing dishes in a short amount of time...any ideas about the best way to reheat these items?
We are serving 25-30 people and want the food to taste right AND be hot...
Rebecca
