You'll need...
1. About 100 grams of rendered bacon fat
2. A pinch of salt (roughly a half teaspoon)
3. 50-80 grams of N Zorbit M (tapioca maltodextrin)

Heat the bacon fat until it's liquid. Pour liquid into a large bowl and whisk in the salt.

To turn the bacon fat into powder begin to whisk in some N Zorbit M (tapioca maltodextrin).

Once it starts to thicken, add more N Zorbit M in slowly. Continue to add tapioca maltodextrin while mixing until it forms the texture you want. You may have to tame the clumps a bit with a fork.

You are left with DELICIOUS BACON DUST, which you can use as a bacon flavored seasoning. Big smile
