Does anyone have a good recipe for sturgeon filets? I had some at McCormack's(sp?) Seafood Restaurant in Portland or Beaverton, OR once and it was great, but it has been a long time and I don't recall how it was served. I have a picky eater in the family, so it can't be too exotic, but I would like something with more flair than plain breaded then baked or fried fish.

Thanks,
Shyrl
