Saw this tip on TV the other day.
To ensure that all of that honey comes off of your measuring spoon, lightly spritz it with a bit of vegetable oil. The honey just flies off!

Sounds neat...will try! I usually just used a hot spoon...sort of plunged it in boiling water for a minute, measured the honey while spoon was still hot...honey slid away immediately.

Spoons?
The bowl goes on the scale, and everything , but everything gets added by weight.
And honey, golden syrup and suchlike have already been decanted into plastic bottles with a sort of self-closing slit thingy on the top. Lots of stuff like honey already comes like that, anyway.
