Sushi is one of my favorite food. I'm a fan of seafood in general, but I don't think anything will ever top a good sushi.

The question is the following. What do you put in your sushi? Give us some of your recepies, whether traditional or more original ones. I'll try to gather some that I have at home and post them here later tonight. Smile

What do you put in your sushi? Technically you put things ON the rice, which is fish, because bottom(rice) + top(fish) = sushi. Unless you are talking about rolls, i.e. California rolls..then you can put things IN them..some good ones are: cucumber, avocado, caviar, fish, tuna, crab, lobster, peppers, sprouts, and so on. Enjoy
