if you have twenty kids to feed, shopping at Costco presents few challenges.
for the rest of us . . . we need to extract some gems.

first up - rolls
I've done frozen rolls from Sister Schubert, Rhodes, mystery brands . . . etc. Rhodes is our fav for crispy crust, others for 'soft dinner rolls'

I bake. I do a lot of breads. but making 2 rolls for dinner....well, that's kinda' super tricky.
so I'm always on the look out for "froze" good bread rolls.

I have no clue if "every Costco in the country" has an in-store bakery and/or offers "the same recipes/items" - but I have found these to be extremely super good stuff.

we buy them by the bag, slip in some wax paper to ensure the layers don't stick together, freeze. remove one/two at a time to thaw.
toast / oven reheat as the mood strikes you.
