so I just stumbled across this site,while I was trying to
find out how to keep brats from curling
But I got some old posts from 08
Did not get any answer but I hope those
People havenít been killing their food

I use a skewer - see the thread from 2016

if you are open air grilling, a curled brat is essentially a definition.
pan/grill frying a brat, the curl makes for even browning/cooking issues, tho.
