I have been trying to teach my 3 year old daughter to eat her veggies but it seems like she doesn't enjoy it. Any ideas how you make your young one eat her veggies? |

Maybe you need to nicely serve them, demonstrate how you and all family members love veggles and eat them with pleasure ... My daughter eats vegetables and fruits (not all) from the very early years herself, I don’t know what it depends on. Perhaps this is a personal taste preference. My friend’s daughter doesn’t eat vegetables or fruits at all |

Blend them into a something creative that would trigger their tastebuds. and tell the benefit of how healthy these foods are. |

This is a difficult task. Try cooking with the foods your kids love and add some vegetables. Then gradually increase the amount of vegetables. Children rarely eat vegetables in their pure form. |

What I do, I prepare a healthy colorful meal for my son. A trick is to have good dip. |

You can use the reward method, eat vegetables to give a little reward. |

At first it worked for me, but I observe that he is not enjoying his veggie meal so I improved the meal itself. |
