I have been using a titanium fry pan for approximately 3 years and have found it to be excellent. But I now have a problem. Somehow I have messed up the coating and now everything sticks. How do I repair it?

"Somehow"? Awww, comon now, fess up! Was it the dishwasher? A room mate used a green scrubby?
You cannot repair or replace a non-stick coating, put in the recycle bin. Time to buy another.
