I'm almost 100% sure that's NOT the recipe he's looking for. I think capo747 is referring to the Costco rotisserie chicken which I have no idea how they make so well. Rotisserie chickens prepared similarly by grocery stores and supermarkets just don't seem to be as good as the Costco ones. I bet someone could ask them and at one of these Costco's the chicken cooker would be happy to reveal their secret.
