Hello,

I am a final year student, finding out further information about how and why people marinate foods and any kitchen appliances they have recently brought. Iím really interested in food, and my product will encouraging people to cook healthier more flavoursome foods. I have recently come across a new technique of marinating food, due to pressure (pressure marinating). This enables the user to marinate all different types of food in a fraction of the time. For my final year product it will include this technique, within the product.

I would really appreciate any theories on how this works?

Would you as a user buy this product?

Any cooks, have you got a similar product in restaurant kitchens?

Any feature which would be useful?

Limitations?

I would really appreciate your view any information is welcome, I have a short survey which takes less than a minute if you wish to help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
