do you feel the GF grills(George foreman) steam foods.( steam from the food). i been looking at them to buy but getting a lot of neg. responds.people say the plates press tog. and trapped moisture steams the food,while the deep grilling ridges simultaneously create caramelizing grill marks. others tell me its steam cooked between plates. what are your thoughts. how is possible to get grill marks if its steaming?
