Hi,

I am interested in a non-stick pan: Bialetti Aeternum 12in deep saute pan with a nano-Ceramic non-stick coating.

http://www.amazon.com/Bialetti-Aeternum-12-Inch-Covered-Saute/dp/B00448DKY2/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

We have previously used a hard anodized pan but we didnt like the coating.

Can someone with ceramic coating experience share your experiences with us? The amazon reviews are mixed, some saying the non-stick effectiveness went away after 11 mths use.... its a bit worrying since it claimed the use of nano technology.

Pls advise or help make some recommendations...

Cheers
