and how do we address the fact that "the pinch grip" is not the right and proper grip for every task that comes to a chef's knife edge? |

Guess ya gotta start somewhere and figuring out a good handle design to accommodate a proper pinch grip is a good starting place .Then I guess include the other grip options in the design as well if possible . |

U need to desing a knife with a good handle that the user will be more comforatble using it. GOOD LUCK. |
