Hi! I'm new here. I came here because I'm looking for any suggestion on low calorie desert recipe. Does any one have any suggestion about it?

Of course "desserts" could be also be very heavy and large portioned, to light and/or small ones. Some Europeans even eat cheese and fruit as their dessert.

Some of the recipes and ideas for "low calorie desserts" may be unhealthy for other reasons though...e.g., have lots of unrefined carbohydrates, "bad" kinds of oils, artificial sweeteners, or even additives/preservatives/etc if using canned or boxed ingredients, etc.

Personally, I allow myself *any* dessert I want on the occasions when I eat dessert. I just limit the amount, often just settling for 1-3 bites which is enough to satisfy me and give feelings of indulgence and taste without then gorging.
Or I've learned a few sweet or rich things I can have on hand and eat as a small contained quantity...for example, 3 high-quality jelly beans, one reduced fat Oreo cookie or one gingersnap, small square of 75% chocolate, graham cracker square with grated 75% chocolate and 6 mini-marshmallows heated in the toaster oven, etc.
