Hi, I thought you might enjoy this experiment with eggs. Nothing really amazing, but it's quite nice to try it if you have kids : )

Basically it's about dissolving the shell in vinegar and see what happens when the egg is raw or boiled

Another egg/vinegar kind of fun is to blow out an egg, then almost or partly cover the shell with polymer clay, and bake.
Soak the whole thing in (reasonably fresh) vinegar overnight or so, then pick out the membrane and any shell that's left. That leaves just the polymer clay "shell" or network of clay behind.
