Can any foodies help me with this, baking chocolate has (per ounce)
140 calories
8g carbs
14g fat
2 gr. protein

so....
8gr. carbs x 4 = 32 calories
2gr protein x 4 = 8 calories
14 gr fat x 9 = 126

32 + 8+ 126 = 166

Arggghhh this is throwing off my calculations for Fat, carb, protein percentages in a recipe (not to mention annoying the hell out of me) And I have looked this nutritional data up in numerous places..

Opps, it's 4 grams of protein, which is worse..that makes it
140 calories
8g carbs
14g fat
4 gr. protein

so....
8gr. carbs x 4 = 32 calories
4gr protein x 4 = 16 calories
14 gr fat x 9 = 126

32 + 16+ 126 = 174
